Watching her tremendous performances, it's hard to believe she is the same actress that was in The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

I agree. I don't think she has ever made a bad movie. She is an awesome actress.

I would've expected Annette Bening, or some other more WASPish actress in this role - Glenn Close perhaps? Susan Sarandon is playing against type, and that casting was quite creative. No doubt she'll be fabulous, as always.

I think my favorite role of hers was in Bull Durham. What a great script. When is this Doris Duke movie on again?
