In an effort to market Ray as a high-end "happiness consultant," Tanya tracks down a former law-firm colleague named Lenore, who agrees to take Ray for a test ride in exchange for the names and numbers of wealthy women. Meanwhile, Jessica's obsessive behavior grates on her kids, who push Ray to fix his fire'damaged house. A local contractor promises Ray a "Wolf Pack" discount for repairs, but money mismanagement has Ray strapped for cash. That all could change after Ray's session with Lenore ? or so he and Tanya hope.

I loved that scene! I kept thinking that it was the classic role reversal, he was voicing the complaints a woman usually would.

My favorite new show ('cept I'm still a little sore about the half-hour). The second episode was even better than the first. I got a better sense of the characters. I love Ray's humbled brutishness and Tanya's sweetly awkward bravado and mousiness. So many possibilities between them...hopefully love somewhere way down the line. They're both archetypes and individuals. It'll be interesting to see these two extremes continue to collide and adapt. And it felt like a proper HBO show (except the length). I laughed through the whole thing. And it was great seeing Gregg Henry play a beta. If you didn't like the show, you're not seeing the big picture; the potential of these characters. I absolutely love the cast, the writing, and the look of the show, but the biggest, best thing about Hung is its heart. Best Line: "Can't they just fuck me for me?" -Ray -- "Make up something to believe in your heart of hearts, so you have something to wear on your sleeve of sleeves." -The Ntl.

I enjoyed the episode, though it hadn't picked up as much as the reviews seemed to promise. Laugh of the program for me was "move to the left, move to the right". Still chuckling about that and "can I call you Dick?" C. -- "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." I have now watched 2 episodes of this abysmal dreck. Perhaps the worst program ever on HBO. I can't believe I pay for this junk. I'd rather watch an episode of Hannah Montana. At least there are some laughs. The writing, the characters, the whole thing is a waste of time. I find it offensive--not the theme--but the execution. Just a stupid, stupid dumb not funny or interesting half hour. Jesus, people, if not for Curb and Entourage I'd cancel. Can't you guys come up with something funny??? I don't know if you've ordered more than 6 of these, but bail if you can. I mean, really??? Whoever thought this was funny must be on crack.

I've come to the conclusion that Ray is as big a dick as the one he is packing. -- "You're a vampire? For real? That's awesome!"

We sat through all the exposition and flashbacks (including the flashback within the flashback) in episode 1. Now there's more in episode 2. I sure hope the writers quit using flashbacks and get on with it. Also, just how inept a klutz are we supposed to buy in the lead role? He has the social skills of a backward Jr. High School student. It's a fun premise - but can't they get on with it?
