Tanya is dismayed when a "satisfied" customer says she won't be using Ray's services again. Later, Tanya pitches Happiness Consultants to other women in her office, with mixed results. Damon goes to after-school detention to hang out with his androgynous friend Powell, leaving Ray baffled. Lenore gives Ray some lessons in branding and, after a chance encounter at a department store, offers Jessica some lifestyle advice.

The purse is great! LOL Lenore is a very multifaceted and interesting character. The more they show her, the more I see in her. But an earlier post is SO right! She has the business acumen and knowledge that would boost Ray's success, but she certainly wouldn't hesitate to rip him off whenever she had the chance!

I really do love the character Lenore. She is a woman who seems to have her life together! What I need to know is, who makes the purple purse she was seen with while shopping with Jessica? I just have to have it!

I liked this episode a lot. Lenore is still my favorite character. Every episode she becomes more and more interesting! I really wish they would have explored the story line with Damon and the emo kid a little more. They barely touched on it, but I guess the show is only a half an hour.

Love Tanya to death, but Lenore is salesperson. Lenore is totally on target about his pricing and marketing.....Tanya is going in the wrong direction trying to get $50 dates out of ladies in the office with limited discretionary income, and she has no other viable contacts besides Lenore....Lenore is where Ray needs to go from a financial standpoint, but the obvious downside is that Lenore is a sociopath....she will take him to the cleaners if he's not careful.

Finally a great episode I wish Tanya would still get killed off the show and the kids were even all right in this episode.
