They brought up the Colonic on Bored to Death. It was a riot George had no idea what it is and said he thinks he needed one of those too LOL.

LOL I was trying to be a supportive friend but I didn't realize what I was in for that day! I was telling her "you owe me BIG for this one!"
Still makes me cringe to this day. lol

I actually got the priviledge (?) of sitting with a friend while she got hers. They had the clear tube running next to the bed the patient lays on so you can see all of the...stuff...coming out. Kinda runs along the wall.

If you are interested in flushing out the fat starting at the other end I suggest following this:
Add a fiber powder (I like Walgreen's Stix. They are convenient, cheaper than the Benifiber and have pro-biotics added.) into a quality Acai (pronounced ah-sigh-ee) berry juice (I like the Bossa Nova brand, available at QFC and Safeway.) Each time I drink this constantly three time a day I lose pounds. I don't change my diet or exercise.
