Um, I don't think so. It should be a military tribunal thing and the only reason it's not is to smear the Bush administration.

Oh, yeah, I can see right through this BS.

New York is the LAST place these losers should be holed up in. Good grief!

Gee, I'd be afraid to take a cab ride there anymore, lest a Muslim cabbie decide a suicide run into the Hudson.

fuck yeah... and fuck yeah!

and with any luck at all we'll have their fucking heads on a stick down at Ground Zero....

it's gonna have to be a civilain trial cause Bush forgot to declare war on the cowardly motherfuckers! so yeah load up the jury with surviving members of those killed on 9/11 and let blind justice have her way with KSM and the rest of his cronies.... suh-wheat! yep it's gonna put NYC on the map once again as the number one target for terrorist attacks... but hey us NYers got used to that real quick... how many other major cities were on orange alert for two years or more.... sometimes even accelerating up to red depending on what was going on in the world.... it's odd that Guiliani is against it but i think his reasoning is that the trials put the city in jeopardy....

however much like the Queen in Alice in Wonderland i'm thinking execution first trial later! LOL!

Gee, if you are going to gush, why stop there, let's hear some more from this reasoned source:

Can't get enough of Palin

"Every time we think about Sarah Palin, we smile, because there?s just so much to like about the woman.

I felt like giving him a tiger paw punch right in his throat

Tiger paw? You should try the bear claws...they're much more satisfying.

Well said, Capn.
Here's to our veterans, may we all take that moment to remember, and to thank them, today.

I'm not sure if this comes under the topic of "politics" necessarily... but here goes...

On Nov. 11, 1918, President Wilson announced the armistice, or temporary halt of fighting in World War I, and proclaimed that November 11 would forever be Armistice Day in the United States. The armistice took effect on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. The day has evolved into Veterans Day during which all veterans are remembered and honored, and, for years, the entire country observed a moment of silence at 11 a.m.

...and I can actually remember doing that when I was schoolboy.... I strongly doubt that happens much anywhere anymore.... and there was some idiot in the post office yesterday complaining about the PO being closed today... I felt like giving him a tiger paw punch right in his throat... that'd keep his dumb ignorant pie hole shut for awhile and he'd also know the joy of eating thru a straw too like many of our vets have to do....

The fall of Berlin wall 20 years ago, from Boston Globe.
Thought it deserves mentioning and a thoughtful pause.

You may want to click on photos 12 - 15, to see a fade effect from before to after, from a country divided, the lives split to the freedom of today.

Regarding Katrina relief...um, Like Ray Nagin didn't have any involvement in the botching of the relief?! Please, don't make me laugh! The man is probably the biggest reason things didn't go orderly, but it's just so convenient to blame Bush for everything, right?

FYI, it's NOT the government's responsibility to control the people. According to the Constitution, the government is in place to PROTECT the people not CONTROL them and the bigger the government, the more control.

This healthcare bill is merely the first step in BHO's plans to eradicate the free market as we know it. It's unconstitutional.

As we all who have studied history know: Socialism DOESN'T WORK. And that's the mentality of BHO and his crew.

P.S. To Myles: I thought your rant was "right on" as I got a chance to read it before you edited!
