Bill's latest rule was that Jessica Alba shouldn't have to speak Spanish after several groups have come out saying that she's ashamed of her Latino heritage. Is she getting a raw deal? Does anyone actually care if she does not speak Spanish? Is it controversy just to make controversy or do they have a point?

I'd heard a bunch of scientists got together to study the dynamics of the way she shakes it when she walks. Eat your heart out, John Cleese. XD

The "Z" and the soft "c," before "i" or "e," is pronounced as a "TH." "S" is always pronounced as "S". They also add a "TH" to the final "D" after "i" or "e" so that Madrid would be pronounced, Madridth. When I left Madrid and got back to NYC, I spoke with Puerto Ricans, who told me I talked funny. I haven't had to write Spanish in years, although I still speak it frequently, and then I speak more in keeping with the Cubans here, whose pronunciation is more like the Andalucian Spanish.

I don't understand why people make a big deal out of these things. 90% of all the people who live in this country don't speak the language of their nationality.. Are people mad that the German americans, Asian Americans, African Americans ect ect don't speak the language from the country their ancestors came from? NOPE!!

Si ella no quiere hablar en la lengua de su padres, no importa. Si ella tiene verguenza hablando su idioma, esto es otra cosa. Pero primero, yo quiero saber, Puede hablar bien en Espanol? Note to Don17000- I don't know how to add the tilda over the 'n' in Espanol. And I can't type the upside down question mark. And Don, do you lisp your S's?? -- all it takes for evil to triumph is to vote republican!
