The Bushies' effort to gut NEA funding was an absolute abomination.

I love the Black Dahlia, and I really want to hang out at Laverne's Hideaway, I am not a lesbian-but the decor! The old-style glamour! KD Lang singing "Love for Sale"!

I had a dress like that only mine was this shimmery purple with puff sleeves.
I want everything-I mean everything-ScarJo wore in "The Black Dahlia." The dress at New years Eve ball with Mickey Cohen (sighs contentedly)

Why Scorsese missed the opportunity to cast Keith Richards in Gangs is beyond me.

I Love old movies and I love the clothes
I am not fashionista LOL but I just love the looks :)

My daughter found a dress in the attach (classic little black dress with red puffy sleeves) from when I was a teenager ... 1988 or 89 ...
My daughter and her friend saw it and put it on - it was hysterical and I can't believe I was a skinny as my daughter LOL anywho - that dress was 20 years old and looked smashing on her

Dress sounds really cute. The screenwriter of the Woodstock film had some interesting things to say about casting the extras. The kind of bodies that were right for the 1960s aren't today's bodies, which we've seen with Mad Men, too. In films made today but set in earlier times, I'm always looking at the teeth--overly perfect Hollywood pearlies would look ridiculous.

ed I always loved those dresses, they are flattering to the shape. I wore A-line skirts too.
