Both you and Mr. Donahue have had run ins with Bill O'Reilly. Why do you give this narrow minded, one note, fear mongering idiot the time of day? Is it an attempt to educate his (hopefully) dwindling audience?

Comments on the Bush Administration's Cyber Initiative: will it become reality? Will anyone notice? This Wednesday FBI Director Mueller told House Judiciary Committee it needs new laws to allow unlimited Internet monitoring to "pre-empt" illegal activities without defining "illegal activities" The president started the initiative in January when he signed 2 executive orders: National Security Presidential Directive 54 and Homeland Security Presidential Directive 23. In February Department of Homeland Security told Congress it would extend its Einstein intrusion detection system.

Hey Bill, Why isn't anyone screaming about Hagee, McCain's "spiritual advisor"? He's said far more inflammatory things, and continues to, that Rev. Wright. And speaking of Wright, WHY isn't anyone bringing up that when HillBill were having marital problems because of Lewinsky, that WRIGHT was the "spiritual advisor" that they INVITED to the White House to help with counseling? Oh, I get it. It's only bad when Obama has ties to sketchy people. Insert eyeroll here.

Lt. Col. Billy Hall, one of the most senior officers to be killed in the Iraq war, was laid to rest Wednesday at Arlington National Cemetery, and the press were denied coverage even though the family granted it. I thought Rumsfeld got "retired". What up with that?

Hey Bill, my question is about energy. Everyone complains about the oil & now a "corn shortage". What about nuclear energy? It's cleaner, cheaper & more reliable. They point to Chernobyl in 1986 but consider the knowledge that the Russians had at the time, no wonder it had a meltdown. Then 3 mile island, give me a break. The radiation from that incident was no more than a chest X-ray. They're supposed to dispose of the waste a half a mile beneath Yucca mountain in the desert in Nevada. I'm pretty sure technology has come a long way since Chernobyl & T.M.I. What do you think? Manny

Hillary keeps talking about Florida and Michigan and how their votes should count. Then she says despite the numbers that she has won "the big states" and that should somehow override the numbers. Isn't she saying that all those other votes in other states cast for Obama don't matter?

Everyone is talking about how bad the economy is. Food and oil prices rising. Does anybody see the problem as being the world is way overpopulated? We have so many people in the world (and growing) that we keep losing the land to development and housing, that we can no longer keep up with the demand for food.

How come none of the candidates are discussing Supreme Court Judge nominations? With a slew of conservative judges, abortions will soon become a coastal elite hobby!

I, along with many others, would like your views on the North American Union and the Amero. It seems odd that Lou Dobbs is the only news correspondent that has touched on this issue. You speak about NAFTA quite regularly, but never address this proposed union.

To Mr Donahue, When I was a teenager in New York City, I always watched your show. You was the leader, of the modern day in talk shows. 1, Please state your views on interracial love, and re-state the remark you once made about the looks of an interracial child. It was one of the reasons, why I began to feel less guilty about loving someone outside of my own race. 2. As a Catholic, and American, did you feel Bill Maher had the right to express his opinions about the Pope and the Catholic Church's pedophila problem. -- A great change is at hand, and our task, our obligation, is to make that revolution, that change, peaceful and constructive for ALL. Former President John F. Kennedy, televised address, June 11, 1963. Five months before he was assassinated. -- Edited by CBunny at 04/24/2008 1:52 AM PDT

Dear Maher, i wanna say if the democrats will not win this election they should forget about it !!! i think the very significant lack of education in this country is producing poeple with no analytical skills like this example: Hypothesis: 1-al Quaeda is in afghanistan 2-al Quaeda attacked USA 3-USA is going to target al Queada Choose the right answer a-Iraq : comes with oil on the side b-France : comes with freedom fries c-Afghanistan : comes with Bin Laden d-South Africa : comes with Cannibal tribes Therefore King Bush chose (a) while the stupid poeple like u and i and the ones who did not attend Yale, or believe that earth is not flat (i hope the poep won't burn us like Galilio) will choose (c). So the question is simple should we reform education in a way we get less of the Bush species and more of the dummies like us and than we will publish the book : common sense for dummies ( with a bonus booklet Featuring the Bush Wisdom methods). Bill, Why are catholics so anti-Obama? In MA and PA, 70+ percent voted against Obama. Is it because he is black? His father had a muslim name (though he was atheist)? Is it from the church or pope? Is it his abortion ideals? Is is low education(?)? You got to dig into this. No one is able to answer this on any network. All say, they just don't know. I think it has to be some common thing across all states.... church? Hillary lying or McCain with Hagley still attracts more catholics than Obama? It does not make logical sense. Arni, Austin

When the election is all over and done with, what happens with any left over money that each of the candidates raised? Do they stick it in their pocket or are their supporters provided a refund check?
