Oprah Winfrey to Stump for Obama Monday, November 26, 2007 7:41 AM Article Font Size Oprah Winfrey will join Democrat Barack Obama again on the campaign trail, this time visiting the early contest states of Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina, the candidate's campaign said Monday. The popular talk show host and media mogul plans to visit Iowa on Saturday, Dec. 8, with stops in Des Moines and Cedar Rapids. The following day, she'll travel to Columbia, S.C. Later that day, Obama's campaign said, she'll travel to Manchester, N.H. This isn't the first time Oprah has lent her star power to the Illinois senator. In September, she rolled out the red carpet for Obama at a gala fundraiser in California that brought in about $3 million for his campaign. Winfrey is a well-known fan of Obama, calling him "my favorite guy" and "my choice" on CNN's "Larry King Live" last year before he announced he would seek the presidency. In a news release announcing the events, Obama's campaign said tickets to the Iowa events will be given first to precinct captains, then campaign volunteers, then to supporters and undecided caucus-goers. It said volunteers can be guaranteed a ticket by completing a four-hour volunteer shift or attending local caucus training before the event. © 2007 Associated Press. -- "Opinion of The Right" The #1 thread on the RT board, Again.

Please. Read. Carefully. The. Threads. In. These. Forums. Belong. To. HBO. Whatever in that simple truth is too difficult for any of you to understand may be discerned from a thorough and careful reading of the following material. Pop quiz in the morning.: Dr. Sam Vaknin's Proposed Amended Diagnostic Criteria for Narcissistic Personality Disorder: 1. Feels grandiose and self-important (e.g., exaggerates accomplishments, talents, skills, contacts, and personality traits to the point of lying, demands to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements); 2. Is obsessed with fantasies of unlimited success, fame, fearsome power or omnipotence, unequalled brilliance (the cerebral narcissist), bodily beauty or sexual performance (the somatic narcissist), or ideal, everlasting, all-conquering love or passion; 3. Firmly convinced that he or she is unique and, being special, can only be understood by, should only be treated by, or associate with, other special or unique, or high-status people (or institutions); 4. Requires excessive admiration, adulation, attention and affirmation - or, failing that, wishes to be feared and to be notorious (Narcissistic Supply); 5. Feels entitled. Demands automatic and full compliance with his or her unreasonable expectations for special and favourable priority treatment; 6. Is "interpersonally exploitative", i.e., uses others to achieve his or her own ends; 7. Devoid of empathy. Is unable or unwilling to identify with, acknowledge, or accept the feelings, needs, preferences, priorities, and choices of others; 8. Constantly envious of others and seeks to hurt or destroy the objects of his or her frustration. Suffers from persecutory (paranoid) delusions as he or she believes that they feel the same about him or her and are likely to act similarly; 9. Behaves arrogantly and haughtily. Feels superior, omnipotent, omniscient, invincible, immune, "above the law", and omnipresent (magical thinking). Rages when frustrated, contradicted, or confronted by people he or she considers inferior to him or her and unworthy. The language in the criteria above is based on or summarized from: American Psychiatric Association. (2000). Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, fourth edition (DSM IV-TR). Washington, DC: American Psychiatric Association. Sam Vaknin. (1999-2007). Malignant Self Love - Narcissism Revisited, eighth, revised printing Prague and Skopje: Narcissus Publication. That's a lot of hostility. I think someone needs a spliff. -- "What difference does it make to the dead, the orphans, and the homeless, whether the mad destruction is wrought under the name of totalitarianism or the holy name of liberty and democracy?" -Gandhi

Justice... Rush... Epoch.... Whateverthefuck you wanna go by... Let's have a chick to eunuch talk, buddy. We both know you post here to be a pain in my ass. Hell. That's probably the closest you'll get to the ass of a living consenting female adult. So I get it. I do. But at what point do you step back and muster even the slightest bit of insight to say to yourself, "Wow. My existence largely consists of acting like a douche on a message board. Where did I go wrong in life?" Look at this as an opportunity, brospeh. See, I view this as a dare to be great kinda sitch for you. You could look at this as a crossroads wherein one path involves you being the kinda guy that no form of human life smarter than a mollusk would find even the tinsy insy weensiest bit likeable. On any level. Ever. And the other path leads to you making the choice, for once, to act like a reasonable human being with an ounce of self-respect and what might be considered, in some circles, distinctively male genitalia. Just think it over. That's all I ask.
