On Monday on his radio show, Dobbs stated that "my wife has now been and I have been shot at." The alleged incident, which Dobbs had reported to the New Jersey State Police, took place three weeks prior to the October 26 broadcast of the Lou Dobbs Show, and Dobbs told his listeners that it had "followed weeks and weeks of threatening phone calls." Dobbs' discussion of the incident during his radio show also included mention of both longtime critic and FOX host Geraldo Rivera and the immigrant advocacy organizations calling for his removal from CNN including the National Council of La Raza, America's Voice and other "ethnocentric interest groups."
If it's found that Dobbs' version of events are not true, does it ruin his credibility as a journalist?

NEW YORK ? Lou Dobbs says he doesn't feel like he was pushed out of CNN, the news organization where he worked for all but two years of its existence until last Wednesday.
"Not at all," he said in a weekend interview. "I don't know if people will believe it, but we had a very amicable parting on the best of terms. I spent 29 years there building that company, and I wish everyone there nothing but the best, and they have reciprocated with me."
He announced his resignation on "Lou Dobbs Tonight," finished the newscast and walked out of CNN.

Lou Dobbs has the journalistic credibility of a cracked toilet seat the day after turkey-day. He and Geraldo are about three notches below "who-gives-a-shit" on the journalistic scale of integrity and relevance.
And I'm tired about hearing about piss-poor assassins. It takes about 5 minutes of effort to kill someone (even someone as paranoia-insulated as Dobbs), and even less time to bury it under 24-hour inundation of anything and NOTHING. The entire cable news industry is a sham and a sickening endever.

The only question in my mind is WHY didn't the liberal (presumably) sharp-shooters in question hit their target?
The only POSSIBLE answer could be of course that it simply wasn't worth hitting. Go figure.

I did an "interview" quiz on facebook the other day. One of the random questions was:
"If you met an alien that spoke English, what would you tell them?"
My only response was: "Don't go near Lou Dobbs. You might end up dead."

They aren't going to repatriate millions of illegals.
The last time that was done was in the Eisenhower
administration and it was something like a half million.
The demographics and political landscape are different
now and if the republicans who are talking shit about
repatriation were serious: Don't you think that they
would be acting to put the resources at the border
to effectively close it ?.....as a statement of good
faith that dumb assed republicans don't even bother
with. Hell even Hillary was ready close the border.
A fence won't do it I can tell you.
And if the border isn't closed, then repatriating
millions of illegals would kind of be chasing your
tail.
