Dr. Tiller believed we humans should use our reason to understand problems and tragedies and try to reduce the suffering. The anti-abortionists answered by tormenting and finally murdering him.

Rape, incest, and life of the mother? Actually, I think Tay-Sachs is the #1 tragegy calling for abortion. Anti-abortion people can't deal with the complexities of actual life, but Dr. Tiller dealt with thousands and thousands of tragedies--while protecting the privacy of the suffering women.
Why did their so-called 'almighty god' fill the world with so much complexity and tragedy? And who gave them the right to 'resolve' god's complexities with a bullet?

You are assigning too much blame to Reagan. It was under Clinton that they let the banks assume absurd levels of leverage, and lend to unqualified borrowers; which ensured eventual systemic failure.
NAFTA certainly didn't help us retain our manufacturing base.
And here we are.

Evidently you don't recall, or didn't hear him say (on the show) that he had left the Bush Administration.
He also made many perfectly logical points. It seems that they could use more people like him- not less.

Listening to the podcast of the show from last week, there was a brief mention towards the need for representation of all groups on the supreme court.
That being said, should race mean more to a choice than qualifications? Should it matter that 107 of the last 111 supreme court justices have been white males in terms of who is the best living person to take the seat? I worry that the next 20 years of justice choices won't be determined by their ability to interpret laws, but instead of the color of their skin, the gender they were born with, or who they sleep with.

When the man was up there talking about food and how people should eat more meat to cut down on methane to help greenhouse emitions.
Why was this not related to Nostradamus's prediction of canabolism in the near future due to lack of food.
Be serious, Lots of things have been predicted in the past, including the fall of the world trace center which was approx 53 seconds off. The ancient culture who precicted this were the Mayan.
I think that...Humanity as a civilization is too focused on the world economic crisis that was planned to whipe out the whole economy and create a one world econemy. (You can buy this over the internet already, I think thats a bit extreme but anyhow)

When you are discussing Dr. Tiller's death would you please bring up that targeting doctors, staff and buildings by Operation Rescue et al., is illegal under Federal statute. This guy has been on the FBI radar for a long time. Thank you Pres Bush for not enforcing the law and leading to a climate of intimidation in the US as well as outside of the US. There have been protesters daily in front of the local Planned Parenthood since the day after the election. Since Tillers death they have not been out. It makes you wonder if they fell they may be targeted by someone or get hit in the crossfire.

Even if all the women in the USA got together and agreed not to have any more abortions, Roe vs Wade should not be overturned. WHY? Because it shows the power of women. Over turn the law and I would like to see all women in America live under the law of the Taliban. It would unseat women as people whom have no buisness making decisions that men should make.
