People are voting early. And if Judge Surrick rules Obama has to step down, because of Attorney Berg's lawsuit in eastern district of Pennsylvania that Barack Hussein Obama is not a citizen. What happens to their votes? Well, there be no elections and martial law installed, or just merely delayed and they will have to vote again?

I am a Jew and would never eat bacon. Does this mean that you would still want Obama in the Election? If I did eat bacon, i would figure that i would eat it no matter which form of transportation he used.

That's just goofball behavior. Did he ever file frivolous lawsuits in an attempt to interfere with a Presidential election?
Or demand that three Supreme court justices disbar themselves?
Or fail to timely file papers in a client's case so that a summary judgment was entered against them?
Usually... lawyers, no matter how obnoxious they may be... are smarter than this.
