In honor of the new president's policy of redistribution of wealth!
How does one do this? By making it a Barack Obama Halloween.
What is a Barack Obama Halloween?
When the trick or treaters come to your door; and open up their bag for you to fill with candy; tell them you are celebrating the new president's policy of the redistribution of weatlh; and reach into their bag to take some candy to help them redistribute the wealth of their candy.

Oh, come on; it is time for a change. O was thinking maybe I should put up a sign, letting the little ones know they are entering a Barack Obama redistributing the wealth zone, and that those only willing to share should enter. Yeah, that is it a "Share the Wealth Zone".

Look yal. Here's how's going to be:
The government will control everything.
His masters get the bulk chunk.
His masters' other slaves are guaranteed to a large share for the great jobs of keeping the us, the parasites, think we've a fighting chance.
His crony union thugs will continue to be the special people that they are.
Then the troops who fight his wars and are in charge of the hardware get a little of something too.
