President Barack Obama has long recognized the poor tactics used by the people associated with Fox News. They are incapable of reporting accurately and fairly on anything associated with the current administration. The GOP of today does not represent what a humane person should possess. I predict the abrupt fall of the republican party and the failure of almost any candidate they elect to run.

Marcus, We can only hope you're absolutely right Nixon, Reagan, two Bushes, wars, corporate malignancy, financial predation, religious fundamentalism, have all harmed our country so much.

Well, certainly the leaders of the GOP (whoever and where ever they might be) need to step up to the podium and call out those who are making up the lies and the spin. Of course, Michael Steele, being the Chairman of the RNC should be the first one out of the gate to do this, but unfortunately, he has his nose so far up Rush Limbaugh's behind, he couldn't see the podium if he tried. This will be a stain the GOP for a long time and history will show that the election of the first AA President, brought much more than hope and change; it brought vitriol and hate and intollerance out of the closet and on to our airwaves, unchecked. So far, it seems that John McCain is the only elected pol that can speak back to the lies ("He's an Arab") but that one instance back during the campaign seems to have been a "one-off" which is very sad.
