Curious. What is the correct resolution for these prisoners?
1) death, now or later, by action or inaction
2) trials (civilian or military), followed by either release, sentencing to a different lawful facility, or execution (as warranted by judicial, jury, or panel decision)
3) return to the place of arrest (or hub of government) for their unconditional release
4) extradition to place of capture, for it's government to act on or not
5) any body got any other suggestions?

You deleted someone's insults to another poster.. but not ACTUAL calls for violence against people of particular religous faith? You know, torture.

I think the prisoners they have in custody without charges should be released and returned to their home countries.
I don't understand what's justified their continuing imprisonment, people held without charges.
The people who do have legal charges pending should have fair trials not the kangaroo trials the Bush admin set up. All pertinent information should be given to their lawyers without any of that 'can't tell you, it's top secret' crap.
I hope when Bush/Cheney leave all of that criminal behavior stops immediately and we return to being a law abiding global citizen that adheres to Geneva conventions and international law.
