Hillary wins Texas and Ohio. Now what? All the way to the convention? Boy, this is a tough call. Hillary has no reason to withdraw now, having won two big states -- even though Obama still has the lead in delegates. She's won many of the big industrial states, the ones you need to win in order to win the White House. And then you have the superdelegates to consider -- which way will they lean? Plus there is Michigan and Florida to consider. The DNC is going to have to back-pedal from their ban on seating delegates from those two states, since those delegates could end up deciding the winner But I dont know how good it is for the party for Obama and Hillary to keep beating each others' brains out for three more months, which will only increase the "negatives" for both, which weakens the winner as he / she goes into the campaign against McCain. But then, in, 1976, Carter and Ted Kennedy went at each other pretty hard right up until the convention, and Carter did beat Ford, so.....

In Michigan, Senior Democratic Senator Carl Levin was leading the charge in moving up the primary date. I bet he didn't expect the DNC to slap Michigan the way it did

That's not whitey's fault. That's Powells fault. Your comment that you wouldn't vote for him because of his ticket proves that what Maher said is bullshit and I was right. Do you hate all Americans, Asian Americans, Latina-Americans? If African Americans. If the answer is no, then that only leaves Whites, which means it's race related, which makes your comments racist. I hate all Black Americans, but that's not racist because I hate them because they're all racist. Tell me that doesn't sound racist. -- I'm Eric and I don't approve of your message unless it aligns with mine.

I think Powell could have given someone a run for their money, but he wouldn't have gotten the black vote. Which proves how wrong and racist Maher's assumption was. Alan Keyes didn't bowl over the African American community. LOL Not really estimates gave Powell 25% of the Black vote. That would be the most any Republican candidate has gotten from Blacks since reconstruction. I know a lot of Older 45+ Blacks love Colin Powell. Fuck, Amy Holmes would vote for him. lol Powell is a likeable guy, he is a respectable guy. I wouldnt vote for him though under that ticket. Alan Keyes is the Black Ron Paul. That Anti-Big government sentiment is very unpopular even among the most conservative Blacks. Fuck, the government employs 35% of us. Blacks put a wall up when you starting talking about no big government. -- Edited by smokefreak2006 at 03/06/2008 5:34 PM

That is also, what Iam talking about. When a Black man states how shit really works up in this fucking country, he gets branded as a racist. I dont have a problem with other white groups besides White Americans, well maybe White South Africans and those fucking Racist Israelis. I'am disappointed with the way Canadian Whites treat Natives, and the French and British have gone fucking nuts with the way Black and Arab immigrants are treated over there. I hope the Austrailians actually go through with their racial reconciliation plans with the aborigniees. Too bad Ameircan Whites dont have the balls for it. I want to get rid of this racial shit too, but not on the terms of conservative racist motivations. Iam a bigot not a racist. I hate American Whites not becuase they are white, but becuase they are racist. The White skin just happens to be an identifying mark. -- Edited by smokefreak2006 at 03/06/2008 5:09 PM

You rant and rant about rascism but exercise in its practices so oftenly, I believe that would make you a hypocrite. -- "What difference does it make to the dead, the orphans, and the homeless, whether the mad destruction is wrought under the name of totalitarianism or the holy name of liberty and democracy?" -Gandhi "Generations to come will scarce believe that such a one as this, of flesh and blood ever walked upon this Earth."-Albert Einstein regarding Mohandas K. > In that case, I think California should move the > primary even earlier than Florida. Why doesn't the DNC just fess up and admit that the party that complains about disenfranchised voters does so to distract you from them doing it with super delegates and just let them pick your nominee. -- I'm Eric and I don't approve of your message unless it aligns with mine.

Don't be silly. (no offense) A Clinton is in the race. This has always been planned just in case Clinton was losing. She'll get her delegates, and if that still doesn't do it, I'm already hearing super delegates explain why they may vote contrary to the popular vote and the delgate vote for the good of the party. All illusions that we pick our leaders should be stripped away from anyone that's paying any attention. Can you say electoral votes? If not before, it's certainly obvious now. -- I'm Eric and I don't approve of your message unless it aligns with mine.

It was illegal for DNC to strip the Michigan and Florida citizens of their right to vote. Hello??? We are talking about the basic rights of american citizens here! How dare the DNC punish the entire populations of these states (almost 30 mil people in total) because of couple of nitwits who made a bad decision to move the primary elections against the rules. How are the people of these states responsible? This would be an outrage!!!
