I'm a hufe Beatles fan myself. Two of my sisters saw them in 1966 at the Chicago Ampitheatre. I've been to Liverpool (The Cavern was closed for remodeling at the time..just my luck!). The only Beatle I saw in concert was George in 1973 or 74. "Dark Horse" tour.

They're not bad "live" band.

spot, Got a Buckinghams Greatest Hits CD about a year & a half ago. It had great liner notes. I didn't know that a lot of the people playing, arranging & producing horns for them later were in Chicago.

spot, My cousin is a huge Beatles fan & got to see them in Memphis in 1966. In 1975 a friend of his worked at a music store in Memphis. The store needed a couple extra people to help move some rental equipment for a concert. He got to be "with the band" backstage at the Paul McCartney concert & meet & talk with a good while both Paul's father & Ravi Shankar. That made his year & he got paid!

Review? From what little I remember of it, perhaps. Looong time ago and more to the point, I was fairly stoned. Smoked a lotta Benson & Hedges "B-52 Bombers" during that time. It was an incredible time musically to be there. My sister's band opened for The Clash for a short spell. And she lived right below Sid Viscious. And I got to meet Peter Green, albeit briefly.

The only original member is the bassist, everyone else is dead. They're a tribute band.
