I was able to get my hands on a copy of Ringu! It was pretty low key and scary, Japanese horror is so understated. That makes it more terrifying.

I just remembered "My Left Foot" was directed by Jim Sheridan..the same man who gave us "In America". I've seen that movie 4 or 5 times now and each time I cry no less than in 10 different scenes. Crap...I can cry just thinking of some of the scenes from that mvie.

Daniel Day got robbed, man. He was great in Gangs of New York. I don't think he was even nominated.

yeah.. I've seen "Little Voice". I was blown away by jane Horrocks. Would've loved to have seen her in the stage version.

Lame? I take it he didn't mean it as a play on words? "My Left Foot" is a great movie. Incredible performance by Brenda Fricker, too!

No snicker from me. I think it's a great flick. Love it's spirit. Excellent soundtrack, too!

Enhanced Interrogation Techniques
Dick Cheney has recently threatened to not cooperate with a Justice Department probe. Since we are in a time of war and they are trying to find out information of national security, would enhanced interrogation techniques be appropriate?
