I was able to get my hands on a copy of Ringu! It was pretty low key and scary, Japanese horror is so understated. That makes it more terrifying.

I just remembered "My Left Foot" was directed by Jim Sheridan..the same man who gave us "In America". I've seen that movie 4 or 5 times now and each time I cry no less than in 10 different scenes. Crap...I can cry just thinking of some of the scenes from that mvie.

Even though Lewis could play a floor lamp and > still win an Oscar. Daniel Day got robbed, man. He was great in Gangs of New York. I don't think he was even nominated.

I was blown away by jane Horrocks. Would've loved to have seen her in the stage version.
