The lenders have been taking them back and holding on to them.

Dawg, has that changed?

They have the money from the government so they can do so because they aren't lending either.

Last I heard it hasn't been easy to buy a home in San Diego even if you have the money, income and credit.

Totally true, pretty... always clear as a bell. If the language were ever to be too sophisticated we may rely on our senators and congressmen/women to break it down for us ... in a perfect world.
