You would not be able to run for president because...? In the meantime, assuming you are here for a reason, that is to express your opinion, then use it and do it. Stop complaining that others won't do what you will not or cannot do.

Could you please stop saying a person does or doesn't "believe in evolution"? It's science, not religion. You either accept it or you don't. Miracles are something you believe in. They are objects of faith. Science isn't a matter of faith. Let's change to way we talk about and not use the terminology and faith-based mindset of the religious right. The question is: "Do you accept evolution?" OR "Do you believe in creationism?".

Loved your bit on Rumsfeld's memos. When is the writer's strike over, again?

Emmies, you've clearly never worked around Dems in Washington or any state capitol. Dems and Repubs are all the same, just with a different flavor. Sorry.

Like Stephen Colbert, I will not be allowed to run for the democratic candidate for president of the United States. So this "IS" my forum, would be a loosely translated degree of a soapbox.

The problem with Obama's campaign is that he is following the lead of some idiotic "Democratic strategist." He hires a ridiculously antigay preacher/singer, who doesn't understand the difference between acting out because he was molested and what it means to be gay, to woo the black vote in South Carolina. Obama then decides, in his infinite genius, to bring up the subject of the Social Security Crisis!!! that doesn't exist. Whatever strategist he is listening to should be fired immediately. He should make a clear public apology for hiring that douchebag and restart his campaign.

For Markos: Bill wants a slogan or theme, and maybe you can make this a Democratic mantra - "Republicans have long worked to "starve the government beast" - they've shifted to "sabotage the beast." I can't believe all the high paid political operatives haven't had their candidates using that in every speech!

why don't dems operate like republicans. i know why. because w/ republicans the end justifies the means. in other words the ideology trumps ethics. it is simply subscribing to a philosophical theory that suits achievement of your goals above all, including what is unethical, because that is all that is important, as opposed to the integrity of the journey, staying true to self and right regardless of the end result.

If questions about UFOs come up again, wouldn't Dennis Kucinich be smart to just cut to the bottom line he tried to get to in the debate -- that the percentage of Americans who have seen a UFO is greater than that who approve of George Bush? What percent was that, again?

Bill: I was wondering what you and the panel think about the current situation in Pakistan? Is the US's biggest ally in the war on terror in danger of self-destructing under Musharaf?

The DRAFT? You support the DRAFT? For the very war you have bitched so religiously about? As if the issue is only to get young people to vote. SHAME ON YOU!!!

And what about Ron Paul? C'mon Bill.

Hello,

Hi Bill and panel,

What do you think is the best way to call out this adminstration on its constant use of scare tactics and doublespeak?

Thanks for a great show.

Cheers,
