...because we need one. This is just a thread to relax and chat. Anything goes. There are a lot of us here that get a long very well, even when we disagree. I thought I'd make a place for us to say hey, maybe play some music, and just shoot the shit. We can party here on the 4th. Whatever your choice, win or lose, I think we'll all need a drink.

My 3 sisters were teens when I was born. My brother was 9. It was like being in another generation. A little insomnia tonight. See y'all for breakfast

Hey bar! Just stopping in for a night cap. The MD game is on....yawn. Anyway, my brother and I were too far apart in age to fight like that, so I've nothing to add to the convo, sorry. Dexter was really good tho. WOW, what an ending this week.

My brother and I stopped throwing things at each other after a rock I chucked cracked his skull. Blood everywhere. After that we settled for just throwing each other. Usually against walls or through doors. He was a lot bigger and stronger but I was faster and strong enough. Whenever I got him on the ground I used to pound his head against it to daze him long enough to jump up and run outside of the house. If he could grab me before I got out the door I would end up slamming against the walls again. I do not recommend two boys of close age as children.

All of my sisters were much older than me, so rather than sisters, they were more like surrogate mothers. Not that I would suggest that that is healthy - no wonder I'm so effing insecure!! In any case, when I was about 5 years old, my sister was babysitting me. I had crawled under the bed to play and fell asleep. My sister was so scared that I had run away or been taken, she called my mom at work and all of the neighbors and the cops. Everyone was looking for me and it wasn't until I woke up from my nap and asked everybody what was going on, that the whole escade came to an end. LOL

My brothers and I fought a lot as kids. We even took to running around the house with knives! It is a wonder we all survived.

My little brother locked me out of the house once in a fight. I pounded on the glass part of the screen door, it broke, slashed my wrist. That scar didn't fade till I was in my 30s so people who saw it always thought I was a suicide survivor.
