...because we need one. This is just a thread to relax and chat. Anything goes. There are a lot of us here that get a long very well, even when we disagree. I thought I'd make a place for us to say hey, maybe play some music, and just shoot the shit. We can party here on the 4th. Whatever your choice, win or lose, I think we'll all need a drink.

Hey Wicky! It's another gray day, but other than that I'm well. At some point it has to stop raining! How are you?

Our weather's just like it should be at the first of December. 24 days till Christmas. Wednesday, a cold front's supposed to move in - Partly sunny. Blustery. Highs in the upper 30s. Temperatures steady or slowly falling in the afternoon. North winds 15 to 25 mph. We had a calm, loving evening tonight. Watched HBO's R&R Hall of Fame anniversary show. The puppies did their thing, digging up the carpet, chasing each other around the house in circles at 80 mph. We all come upstairs as a pack. My husband goes to bed, we all tuck him in. Then I go to the computer. The little puppy goes to her bed and immediately konks out and the big puppy gets in the computer room bed way up at the top where the quilt meets the pillows. He looks so adorable in that great big bed all by his kingly self. Life is good.

It is sort of impolite, and I've never had as name that wasn't butchered in real life. We're Irish, among other things, but O' Eight, would be most fitting.
