I would not worry about the difficulty of getting a case before a judge to sue God. You will all get your chance before the Tribunal and God to state your case. Just like Teddy will be doing soon.

It would be difficult to get that case to trial: witnesses mysteriously turn up missing, the prosecutor winds up crucified on the courtroom wall when everyone walks in and the plantiff gets an offer he can't refuse from the Apostles. It would make a mob hit look like a slap fight.
