I agree with you 100%. We both know why the Republicans are so admanantly opposed - look how much money they are getting from the lobbyist and the kickbacks from the pharmaceutical companies.
Why President keep reaching out to the Republicans is beyond me.

I undrestand why we laugh at Sarah Palin, but I am begining to feel that by making fun of her all the time she gets away with things that no one else can get away with.
My son (age 11, high functioning autistic) heard about her "death panel" tweet on the news tonight. He turned around and asked me "If the government is killing down syndrom kids, will they come and kill me too?" I don't think he believed my assurances to the contrary because Sarah Palin was a Governor and Vice-Presidential candidate. I no longer think this bitch is inconsequential or funny, she is dangerous!

Wouldn't Obama still have the energized youth (and nearing middle-agers like myself) if didn't have such a soft stance on gay rights and big pharma?
Could he gain us back if he rescheduled marijuana to its proper place in line with alcohol and aspirin?

BAILOUT bull shit! WE bail out the banks with taxpayer money, and within the last month I have received notices stating that my credit card interest is going up from 8.99% to 25.40% (Citi), my AMEX card dropped my credit limit I've had for years to LESS than half of what it was, almost to the exact $ I owe. Then "Bank of America" who bought our Mortgage company decided not to "renew" our 2nd mortgage which was a revolving credit for home repairs needed for safety and health reasons. When asked why I was told they weren't making any money off of me because I didn't borrow enough money fast enough, so they will not renew our loan.
My question to the panel...After bailing all these banks out, why are the CEO's rewarded for destroying our economy and our country, but we are PENALIZED for making our payments on time and being a responsible borrower? WHY can't we take the bail out money back since it is NOT being used to Bail out anyone EXCEPT the bankers, CEO's and politicians themselves? IF the money is not going back out to those AMERICAN's that need it, it should be returned in full and used elsewhere.
GOP should be Government For the People. But instead it actually stands for GREEDY OVERPAID POLITICIANS. THEY need to cut their pay and freeze all the "raises" they give themselves each year which is more than some people make all year busting they butts, and use that money to help those less fortunate, with NO JOBS, no homes, and no credit due to the GREED and CORRUPTION of the banks.
How dare they "screw us" without asking permission.... Hmmm.... isn't that called rape???

If one of the provisions in this new health care reform is that ALL Washington politicians and their families have to be on it......I guarantee they will get their shit together and write a bill [not over 1000 pages]that will cut through the chase. As to your remark that we are a stupid country......we had the chance in the last election to vote.....and if we were fed up with the way the country was headed....why did so many vote the same idiots back for 4 more years?I think as a nation we should put term limits on all offices..2 terms just like the president.We would get new ideas and it would keep lobbists in check........

This pamphlet is included in the folder, provided to Homebound Patients of Homehealth Agencies, IS DR. EZEKIEL EMANUEL COLLECTING MONIES, VIA MEDICARE BENEFITS, to further the provisions of his non-profit organization, since he is the Founder of The Medical Directive agency?
Now the Healthcare Plan...wants to have payments via Medicare...for doctors to explain the medical directive to patients....
HOW MUCH MONEY IS DR. EZEKIEL EMANUEL getting from Medicare...for this pamphlet to be included into

Bill...I am a small retailer (used appliances) I have been killed in the past year and a half with steeply declining sales (31 years in the business). My customer is the working man(and woman) who is being laid off or let go. I employed 8 people a year ago ..now only 3, and I am putting my paychecks in my desk. Where is our bailout?

Hello Bill,
I have a few questions but let me put them as one lines so you can chose which one to use;
1.) why all the bitching about healthcare?
We all need it suppose you have them do the job becasue they want to help people being a doctor was suppose to be a calling to help people, imagine if the fire department was run like the medical field?
2.) Is there some reason interest rates are not capped on credit cards? Who can realistically pay off a card that charges over 20% INTEREST?
3.) I am not a republican or democrat i am a common sense person, who can do the job and not run from it that is who i want to run the country?
PS what is the URL for sending suggestions to the whitehouse?
