You are out of your mind "Doctor". OJ got old. Of course he was handsome in his youth. Most athletes are. I do not believe he ever took steroids during his playing days. Christ, he retired in the 80's. He may have taken them later, and he definitely killed his ex-wife.

This may be part of our crisis. If Doctors are still siding with OJ because he was "misunderstood".

I am officially out. WE used to have nice, live debate in here, but this just another ridiculous twitter or facebook page. Good Night, very, very, very unexpierenced citizens.

Get a fucking spine, and a brain. They are usually connected.

Let's grow the fuck up America. Your children won't necessarily redeem the decisions you have already made.

Peace out.

Idea one:
WHY can't straight people keep up with gay people on
Hair Dressing and Interior Design?

...NOT to stereo-type.
I just started at that thought.

Where is ended was this conclusioin:

Gay people can end up smarter because they have to ask themselves so many more questions.

Questions - and the SERIOUS search for answers -
stimulate the brain.

I watched a special on the E network about O.J. In high school and college he was an attractive young man. It was amazing to watch the changes is his face when he started in the nfl and even in his "movie career". He is the poster child for anabolic steroids. I believe he is innocent because I believe he was crazy with "roid rage" when those people died. I wish he would admit that at least because it might prevent other tragedies.

OK, I won't address Bill Maher directly, but I have to believe someone on his crew must have seen this post. Please tell me if it isn't one of your better ones. I am sure someone can leave a message since I have an account and a profile. This does pertain to the topics on 10/16/2009:

THE WAR(S): I don't like how Chris Matthews used terms like "win it" or "lose it". I don't believe it is a zero sum game anymore. It seems like we are all losing. The US loses it's sons, fathers, and brothers (as well as mothers, sisters and daughters). The Iraqis and Afghanis just lose everything, including the most fundamental human rights.

End them now.

THE VACCINE: I worked in the Biotech industry for several years, about 10 years ago. I am no scientist, but I worked with people who had multiple patents, and PhD's in Microbiology. Every year, when they came to hand out flu shots, the best looking doctor in the place (she was also the most brilliant), nevere took a flu shot, and neither did I.

I asked her why. She said, and I quote..."I don't see any reason to introduce a virus into your body that you don't have." She elaborated somewhat, but it seems simple. I like what Baldwin said. "Sometimes I get the flu. and sometimes I don't."

Natural selection people.

I agree with you about a road show. Real Time could become a phenomenon, if HBO, and Bill Maher, expanded it's season's, and shortened the breaks. Imagine a place, with real people of intellect, intelligence, and experience, hack out the "issues" of the day. A place where people are encouraged to speak their mind, pull no punches, take no crap. Not to diminish Bill Maher's popularity, but this show could work, on the road, with Guest Commissars, and, depending on who the "host" was, crazy ratings! Guest hosts would have a three or four city tour, then open with a new host, in a different cities. Bill could go on a vacation, do stand up, take a break....the show can go on! I like the idea and format of this show so much, that I think HBO should run it ten months in a row, with small breaks to make it last the year, then off for two months while production crews geared up for another year. Nothing personal friend, but Shandling has more funny in any 5 minutes of his day than you will ever live. Yes, he looks creepy, but shame.

He is probably one of the funniest 25 guys on the planet, and he only uses his brain.

As a fellow pragmatist, I get almost everything he says.

Pragmatist...it isn't a dirty word. It refers to one who always realizes things in their current context. We need more of us on this planet.

Bill, I'm a retired insurance fraud investigator. The problem is no so much with the patients (you're right, it does happen), but with the doctor to doctor relationships. Too many providers have other business interests and it benefits them to make referrals for high cost testing.

I wonder why you did talk about the 29 year old Goldman employee who was appointed head of enforcement for regulation of Wall st.

Been away for awhile, but here goes:

@kkimble, I totally agree with you, and urge anyone/everyone to send mail via US Postal Service, etc. to get heard.

I work for an elected official, and open many letters, which are all read, sorted, documented, and filed...sometimes a reply is sent. The emails, that's another story. The inbox resembles my personal inbox, and many/most are over-looked.

@tomtom---how do you know you were H1N1 positive? Did you have a test? There are other viruses and flu viruses, etc. going around now. Also what I've heard from others with swine flu is when they think they're getting better they get worse a few days later. The fever comes and goes over a few weeks.

My daughter got very sick on Wed. I had her tested that evening thinking I would start her on Tama Flu if positive---I was sure she was because half the school is out with H1N1. The test was neg., she had a stomach virus, which was a 24-48 hour thing and is better now.

I have very mixed feelings about the vaccine. Initially I was completely against it, but as the number of young casualties as a result of the illness are growing, and haven't seen any bad results from the vaccine yet (I realize it's still early) I'm leaning towards the vaccine for my family.

Bill doesn't always think before he speaks, and blurts out many things for shock effect. He's grown tiresome. He hurts the Liberal image with some of his thoughtless remarks! Regarding Homeland Security/Bush awhile back, Bill said he was fine with Bush's illegal wire-tapping, because he had nothing to hide. I'm still pissed at him for that!! Often he'll change his stance by the next episode, but too late the damage is done!

If you are young, and not sure that you actually had had swine flu, you should not rule out the shot because of what Bill is saying. Try to stay healthy and if you see that no one else is getting sick from the shot, you may be better off to get it. Look at the numbers on each side. Good luck.

Bill, please don't bring Shandling back. Whatever he's on, it isn't improving his humor. How awkward that was for everyone.

Bill should be on every day instead and he should never take vacation - what the f*@k am I gonna do on a friday nite now?? :_|
