Yes, we are finally see AS come out in the Eric character. The little looks and half smiles are what I missed!

Brad went AWOL again too. Maybe her unemployment was REALLY short lived!

Oh and there were 2 times in the episode that reminded me of GK.

When he looked at Sookie in the church and said "I'll be fine" reminded me soo much of "Screwby" at the end when he's talking to Trombley about the investigations.

Unfortunately, right now I can remember what the 2nd was.

WHOOOOOOOO TO THE FUCKING HOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Charlotte in New Mexico: Talk to me about True Blood! What happens with the suicide bomber?!
Don't worry too much about Fellowship of the Sun fanatic Luke and his body bomb?our favorites, including Godric, Sookie, Bill and Jason, make it out of the nest safely. Eric (Alexander Skarsgård) does get wounded next week on True Blood, but that's OK because it sets up an intimate scene between him and Sookie.

Hey Doc, Siff,

I miss you guys sooo much. Unfortunately, it looks like it will be a while before I have internet back at my house. Too many other major expenses on JR's packing list. REI is going to LOVE us.

I absolutely FREAKING LOVED this past Sun's epi. I loved the line, "Don't use words I don't understand." But I think my fav was when he said "The bond between a vampire and his maker is stronger than you can imagine. Perhaps one day you'll find out." OH please!!! ME ME ME but the looks that passed between the 3 of them. Too funny.

Hey Doc!
Welcome back amongst the living! Last night's episode was good, wasn't it? Per Katie, we had a whole 18 mins. of Eric screen time - hell, that's almost last season's total!

Isn't summer almost over and you can head home?

Hey DDs.... long time no talk. I think of you often and wonder what you're up to, but I haven't felt like posting lately.... have been in the midst of a major family crisis (don't worry, nobody is dying or anything). Tonight is the first time I'm venturing out cause this episode was sooo good and it put me in a good mood.

I'm heading down to the city tomorrow morning, but I'll be around on tuesday, so I'll check in with you guys.

Later...

re: Godric

yes, a 20 year old is just kinda wrong! I do love him as Godric though, one of the few characters that seem to fit their role.

Oh wait, an Emmy nod for casting - I must be wrong :^O

HA! I swear, that woman is so lame. One day last week there were photos of her on her bike (TMZ got a shot of her too - looked like scared kid running away from home). Unbelievably dorky.

The guy who plays Godric is pretty hot, a little young, but this thread seems to stride the boundaries of Cougartown.

PS.. after seeing that clip, I have a feeling AP's acting will be better in scenes with AS. But I guess working with a true talent would help anyone be better.

LT, I'm with you... AS chained to a table... hell's yeah!!!

(and he can reverse the roles too if he'd like, though I'd prefer silk scarves to chains)
