BTW Ray - glad you like the rain/snow. I did a little weather dance on Friday, but f'd it up. You were suppose to get it all, instead we've got it too - for another WEEK!! I pay good money to live here and have good weather - damn it!

Yes, I know. I borrowed both books at the same time and he (husband) took Angels and Demons and I took DaVinci Code. Well, the owner wanted her books back, so I never had the chance to read A&D. So, because the movie is coming out in May, I figured that I'd better get on the stick and read it. I like the themes of Dan Brown's books. Chruch vs Science has always intrigued me. It's just very formula driven. I read DaVinci quite a few years ago, and I still remember the same equation. But it's still a good read. I love the history in it.

Glad to hear the good news.
I'm jealous that you get to go skiing, it's one of my favorite things to do.
I agree about Dan Brown, you know he actually wrote A&D before DaVinci Code.

Well, I think I got all the little bastards. But I'm still nervous. If they come back, I'm shipping these children to an island. I am going skiing this weekend come hell or high water. Well, probably not if the high water comes, because that will melt the snow. And so will hell, I guess.
So I'm 1/2 way through Angels and Demons. Dan Brown likes to follow his formula, doesn't he?

Or maybe they're just using extensions now.. Why else would he have gone so blonde, before it was long enough.. just a thought.

Hey we are close neighbors STGE I am just south of you. I hope to be able to hang out more often as well. I feel like I am coming home whenever I open this thread up
The weekend was quiet. Went to the flea market, puttered around the house. Hope yours was good too.
