Well gee if we really look at this from a straight point of view we can see that even though we have the death penalty, people still do the crime. I see this plain as day and for what. We are allowing the criminals to have some sort of damn media circus and for what. It will not bring back the dead or untarnished a innocent child. No I do not agree for paying for them to live in a 8*8 cell so just fry them all. Lets get rid of the stupid appeals if they are found guilty then they should die end of story. Not stay in jail for up to twenty some odd years wasting the tax payers money. We have a better use for the money the schools here need more attention. Oh and families need to have more attention that is where a lot of the criminals are coming from homes that don't have parents there. I am a stay at mom and I spend as much time as I can with my kids so I have an influence on their lives, choices, and show them that being a better person is in the long run the best thing for anyone. But that is my opinion and you may agree or disagree do what you will. Just think it could be someone you know sitting there waiting to die. If it means you spend more time with them now then be it. Be a better influence so they may have a better chance in this life. That is so much better then crying because you have to face the facts that the someone you know made the wrong choice.

I think personally that the death penalty should be implemented more often then they use it , people go free , when in fact they should be executed . It isn't right that they can take a life or hurt someone severely and nothing and i do mean NOTHING gets done about it , they just sit and rot , waist our money when the truth is that we should give them what they deserve..........

True. But perhaps I'd be happier paying for something else.
