So, the rumor mill has always worked full force during the show's run and well into the making of the new SATC movie. Whispers of a big rift between Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall supposedly over pay; the recent scandal of a supposed sex tape in which Kristen Davis is the star. (She denies it!)

Princess Diana was an inspiration to me. Everything she did because she wanted to not because she was told to and she took no credit unless the people thought she deserved it. The paparazzi had no right getting into her business...they're just plain cruel...

The countries have to get tougher with the phototogs
and they have to be told that they will be "fined heavly"
if they break the law!~The Pappazzeri have gotten
away with "MURDER" and still nothing is really done!

I believe that too, Marlene. That, combined with a drunk Henri Paul, led to a catastrophic chain reaction and Diana didn't stand a chance. Even more revolting were the photogs who dared to take pictures of Diana in the crushed car as she lay dying. It takes a lower form of human life to do that.

I stopped reading tabloid magazines when Princess Diana died in '97. I have admired her since I was a little girl, and after her death I just couldn't stomach reading those "magazines" anymore. I don't begrudge anyone reading them, that's just my personal choice.

I hate all those Trash papers.. All gossip and twisted truths about what really happened.. I agree that People is likely a more reliable source of information but I don't follow all that TV/Movie junk. It bores me.

Marlene, I read the Star at my hairdresser's when waiting for an appointment. It's mindless fluff. Nothing more. I'm not a 'celebrity watcher' by any means but even I need my fix of 'junk' every now and then.
The ONLY magazine I give even a tiny bit of credence to is People, because they focus also on real-life people and not just celebs. But I don't take everything in every article at face value. It's not my business.
