This is a copy of the message from HBOAdmn17 that he posted on Feedback & Bug Reports Board:
As we stated in the announcement that was made a few weeks ago, all forums archives and inactive member created threads are being purged.
Bill Maher has suffered the biggest losses to date because it has the most topics -- and it was the first one being done. The others are on the list of To Do's, we just haven't gotten there yet.
As for the loss of 'active' threads on Real Time being removed, we maintain our right to remove threads that are redundant, off topic, or are in violation of our standards in any way.
If there is a specific thread removal you have a question about, please feel free to send me a PM.
