Dear Powers That Be,
I don't know words explicit enough to express the magnitude of my displeasure at hearing that Hannah Montanna is infiltrating my bastion of celebratory middle-aged womanhood, SATC. And I know ALL the explicit words in multiple languages.
I endure the burning visual and audio poison that is Miley Cyrus from my 12 year old. But I am steadfastly unwilling to endure the cataclysmic betrayal of her appearance in my SATC. Are you completely out of touch with your demographic? Or is it that you just don't mind alienating your core demographic for want of attracting a new, less well heeled, market segment?
Whichever casting director or marketing advisor suggested this atrocity, and whichever combination of executives green-lighted this utterly asinine idea should be publicly drawn and quartered.
Please put Hannah Montanna on the cutting room floor where she belongs.

I heard that a great deal of Jennifer Hudson's storyline ended up on the cutting room floor, so all we can do is hope that Miley's joins it. I've never cared for her, and I'm with the others on this board who are expressing their distaste in more colorful ways than I am capable of. One thing's for sure: good way to make sure the whole SATC phenomenom ends right here with the 2nd movie. And leaves a bad taste in our mouths as well.

Im right with you on this..............and Im only 42. Its not really an age thing because Jennifer Hudson from the first movie earned her place at such a young age..........Do you think its that they are looking at targeting the teen viewer for this movie, selling out for the money???? I dont know what they are thinking.............
My idea was to bring in Whitney............ I know the producers had said that the show for all the years being on TV had lacked the presence of a black woman , and thats where Jennifer came in........... so Whitney would be a step up if you ask me, but Miley just doesnt have the right chemistry and lacks maturity that this show has always been about.
