Dr. Melfi has cut her ties, Silvio's in a coma, and Bobby has been derailed - now, there is no more hiding. Now that you’ve heard about it, tell us what you thought about the Finale of the Sopranos.

Yes, working from home is definitely more comfortable but the Sopranos board is quite a lovely distraction calling us to "play" instead of work. I have just started season 5 with the Sopranos and that's quite a distraction in itself. -- Fleur

I'd be more than happy to send you my 3rd season and 4th or whatever ones you need if you want to send me your address in a private message. You can call yourself Glen Soprano and I'll send them by UPS. I'll keep all info confidential of course. But the offer stands if you like and that goes for Mean Streets as well. -- Fleur

So if we see two black people, it's a reference to two other black people? If we see two white people is that a reference to two other white people that did some other thing at some time? Do you really thing Chase is that racist? > The > are two references to each time Tony was shot at. The > Two blacks as I mentioned and the members only jacket > on the hitman, members only was the name of the > episode that junior shot Tony. Tony is also wearing > the same exact shirt as he was in the members only > episode. A little hard to follow with the garbled grammar, but if I understand, umm. so what are you trying to say there? > As this scene is going on, Meadow fails to > parallel park two times. When Chase cuts to the > Members only guy, Meadow succeeds at parking on the > third attempt. Her fudging up the first two times was > a reference to the two failed attempts against tony. Oh, come on! > However, her third try, she succeeds. And she could have just hit the park button! > The third > attempt is the hitman from the bathroom. He had to take a leak. There's no gun over the non-existant pull-chain toilet box in the bathroom. > Tonys > favorite movie scene was when pacino got the gun from > the bathroom in the bathroom. One of my favorites too. Doesn't mean someone will go into the can in 2007 and come out with a gun to whack me. > Obviously I dont know > for sure what happened, > but no doubt about it, Chase > put these hints in intentionally and I believe Tony > getting killed is the most accurate interpretation. Somehow, I agree. > Not to mention, the opening scene of the last episode > of Tony sleeping, face up, with organ music playing on > the alarm clock. That's the most damning evidence. > Then in Blue Comet, before the end, > Tony flashes back to Bobby telling him "You probably > dont hear a thing" and you dont see it coming.. That's a pretty clear sign. > No music in the credits, and the cut to black.I also > think it would make sense for Paulie or Phil > Leotardos family to whack out Tony. Phils family > would make sense also, especially given the fact that > Tony would of been killed in front of his kids and > family, just like Phil was. I dont't think so. Phil's family, little Carmine et. al. were disgusted with Phil's behavior, and would not have sought retribution. They'd more likely have been grateful and looking for a posiiton with Tony. > Also to note, Tony looked > at the song "This Magic Moment" twice in the jukebox. > This was a reference to Sopranos home movies, when > Bobby told him that quote on the boat about getting > killed. This was another reference to that convo. I don't think so. 'This Magic Moment' might have worked for the scene at hand; it just turned out that 'Don't stop Believin' worked better. > I believe everything Chase did in that last episode > hints at Tony getting killed and nothing else. Deducing from only the more obvious foreshadowing and clear evidence, I agree. Interesting post. Thanks. -- The battle of wits has begun.
