Yes but that stuff contains a TON of sugar....best just to do water.

A lot of the kids these days will pound down the Gatorade for quick replenishment and it does not contain caffeine. I haven't tried it myself.

I find that taking Advil (or whatever pain reliver you use) while in the act of getting sloshed helps a great deal.
of course, you're past that stage....keep it in mind for future reference.
