That's because it's smart enough to go to the local college where it teaches music and uses one of it's computers there to start a new HBO account and that IP addy so when HBO catches on, that college computer is banned and not their personal laptop at home. See it does have some form of intelligence... Or maybe it broke down and bought the software that changes their IP addy from home. I've heard about that one. But the college provides thousands of desktops to use so why spend the money if it doesn't have to. The same goes for the other half of the terrible twos. You know how many computers are available in the NYC libraries or internet cafes there? That's how they get away with it while little peons like us just have to make do or find another chatroom.
It's very obvious hence the frequent name changes ALL of the time!!!
