Devo, "Smart Patrol / Mr. DNA"
I know they were mostly thought of as a novelty band, but they had some cool songs -- I loved the jittery sense of paranoia, and the satirical-futuristic thing.
This one had that, plus a driving groove and a great guitar / synth freakout in the middle
