I have been waiting and waiting for the season to start....I just found out why it never did.

I am SOOOO UPSET that this show was cancelled. I honestly don't understand how there couldn't be enough material to sustain one more season. SO DISAPPOINTED....I loved this show because it was honest about the real life ups and downs of relationships. But even better, it gave us hope and encouragement that tough times leads to commitment and love, and not always divorce. I will miss this show.

Please reconsider and bring this great show back :(

I am soooooooo disappointed this show is not being renewed. It was seriously the best show recently created - right up there with Californication!

I don't get it. Too bad.

Every time I find a GOOD show it gets canceled?! WHY!? This show was the only show besides Big Love that I really enjoyed on TV. Come on the writers must have something to continue with this story just started! I hate that this happens all the dang time! Please bring it back! Why start a series for one season if you know you don't have any motives to continue with it?

We discovered the show while on vacation. The wife and I both loved it and followed it through the first season.

We purchased the cable upgrade so we could get HBO in prep for the second season. If they do not bring it back I will never purchase HBO ever. It is the best show I have seen on HBO for a long time. We fall in the middle age catagory, so we have been around for a bit.

I was even going to purchase the DVD's of the series. Which I never do. It would have been one of the best counseling material out there. I know lots of couples that need to see this series.

Thanks for teasing us.

How can you NOT have something to write about?? The way that it ened left with MANY questions that NEED to be answered. This show was like therapy. I saw myself in each of the characters, with the same questions and concerns about love, marriage, babies, old age, infidelity, etc. These are important issues that we all face. To just get your fans mouth watering and leave them hanging is not cool at all.

HBO has all these stupid shows that they keep making subsequent seasons to, but for something as important as TMYLM you expect us to believe that there was nothing to write about???? Give me a break. Let me write the script. Stop cancelling shows that matter or Im going to cancell you. You could tone down the sex secenes, but this show writes it's self. Com'on people, I know you have to be smarter then that. If you truly have writers block ask the fans for ideas at the VERY least.

Who the heck cares about stupid vampires(True Blood) and Bill Maher???

I cannot believe there will not be a second season! I loved this show! It seems like every time a good, honest and open series comes out, it gets cancelled. Get rid of Bill Maher and put Tell Me You Love Me back on.

BTW, how do you find out about the different series and if there is going to be a follow-up season or not? I always have to come out to the message boards and see if it says yes or no and if yes what date it will come out.

Thanks for any help you can give me! No offense to you who love the Bill Maher show...my husband and I can't stand him. That's why there are so many different series...something for everyone. Peace!

So ridiculous this show is being cancelled. How can such an intelligent show with such obviously creative writers not be able to come up with ideas for a second? I could see if you were 8 seasons in but come on...If that is the case you've obviously chosen the wrong profession

"Please!! "Tell me" it's not true! I absolutely love this show and cannot belive it is being cancelled. Please reconsider writers!!!"

Tell me about it. So POed this show is cancelled! I thought this show was brilliant! This and Bill Maher are the only 2 things I ever watched on HBO. If bill maher goes, I will cancel my hbo.

Sick of all the dumb movies played over and OVER.

Please bring back! I can't beleive that a show that was so well made (different and provocative) was cancelled. Is that the official word? Its content was overwhelming in a good way. Made me try harder in my own relationship. I really hope they reconsider.

It's really sad that a second season isn't planned for this show. Why not? The show is great and the therapy part far surpasses anything on television...far surpasses "In Treatment"...

I guess we viewers don't get quality shows if one like this isn't renewed. Well, I'll turn my TV off more often. Or rather will turn it on infrequently.
