I love this show, but after viewing this episode, I must say I think some tough times for carolyn and palek were foreshadowed. :Carolyn seems like the type of person who holds onto her pain and defines herself by it. Palek is more the type to suppress and move on. Also, I found it interesting that carolyn's sister was talking to jamie about these erotic fantasies she's been having about palek at the open house. Could there be an affair in the future between palek and mason?

I'm so happy to see the change in the dynamic between Palek and Carolyn. Before, the great concern was HOW to have kids. I'm not there yet. My husband and I have been going back and forth on whether or not TO have kids for the past 5 years. It will be great to see how they resolve this issue, if at all. Already, I see a similarity: Palek being definitive that he doesn't want them, and Carolyn going back and forth between, "I'm glad we dodged that bullet", "And, what do you mean you don't want kids? Ever?". I do that back and forth thing weekly. Please keep them going in this direction. It helps me feel like I'm not alone in my uncertainty.
