Does anyone know the actor who played Palek's buddy in the bar in episode 7? His name on the show is Nate. I can't find his name on any of the sites. He looks familar!!! Who is he?

I researched this a little, was it Jeremy London? He has been in several shows, and 3 very recent movies, including 'Strokes' and 'The Nine is Mine'.
