What do you do in your life that gives you therapy that does not happen in a doctor?s office? For me working in the garden, planting flowers and taking care of the plants takes me away from all the madness going on. Lately I have been finding therapy in cleaning out the closets and donating usable items and selling items to the second hand shop. It is so nice to open a closet or drawer to find it all organized and clutter free.

My (international) school was the first in Asia to produce the student edition two Christmases ago, and I was involved in it. The consecutive three days of production got me sort of emo though, lol...everyone has such sad lives in that story. I cried so much throughout the musical. >.< Anyway, back onto the topic: I mainly listen to music when I'm feeling down. It really works for me. Otherwise, I'd pop a DVD into my DVD player and binge on movies, or I'd just switch on the telly to watch random shows that are airing. I also go up to my rooftop terrace to yell at the mountain across from my apartment, resulting in my neighbours telling me to shut the hell up. Not that I care. Uh...other times, I would take out my baseball glove and mass-pitch at my sofa (sometimes I would go as far as printing a pic of whatever/whoever I'm angry at and using that as a target) until Mom tells me off. Yeah, I'm weird. -- Visit Byrneholics today! =)

For me, reading, reading, and more reading. Also walking. And attending the theatre - I have subscriptions to theatres both in my hometown and NYC (and, yes, I did see both Moon for the Misbegotten and Touch of the Poet.) Re: massages. . .I had my first one when I was going through cancer treatment last year. OMG. . .it was sublime. Pam, RUN, don't walk, and treat yourself.
