Ah ha. I thought there was a ploy with this and the battle it won with Apple's iTunes to charge more for some shows.
Sept 9...seems so far away...

Hallelujah!! I am pre-ordering now.
I hope this forum stays up and running until the fall so I can at last comment on the episodes I have never seen.
Oh, and also so I can read some of the threads I have not read for fear of plot spoilage.
So, HBO, thanks for the DVD and please keep this forum in place!!

This may be old news by the time you read this but I just got an auto-response from Amazon and the dvd will be on sale for $41.99 in September - they are taking pre-orders.
