Miscellaneous Interests in MH's World (and ours)

Thought we might start a thread around all the Gabe directed paths we find ourselves taking...books esp. lately. Who knows where next. What food does he like?

Speaking musically, yesterday I decided to order the Soundtrack to Miller's Xing it it has stayed in my mind, so beautiful and of course, Gabe's connection...

I, like so many of us including MH are a major Beatles fans. Last night, driving home, I heard the first cut from the remix, Get Back, Pauls' voice sounded like it was covered in gold! Unbelievable, all these new elements emerging! Bet GB has his set now.

So anyway...a misc. shared loves thread, if we want...:-x

The Princess is not going but Blair Underwood is!

Not sure how long it will take me to recover, but his scenes should be banned from watching freeze frame or slow mo, because it can seriously affect your heart.

Watching his eyes give those *smoldering* looks frame by frame is almost unbearable.

No man has the right to be that mad handsome, be a phenomenal actor so you totally believe his character. and act like it's nothin.

If Lozzie ever does screen caps on this movie, she is gonna be in serious trouble..and so are we all! There is not one bad shot, and ANY one of them could be serious agency head or poster shots, he is so stunning. JAYSUS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess this belongs on the mojo thread....but we know no matter where we go there is no escape.

LL....That tidbit I actually remembered from an interview I read months ago...well at least I remembered the name of the book haha .... the rest of it I usually get (like most of us) from Google alerts, all I do is check it out see if its worth posting.

Cool Neek...good lookin' out, as always!!

Hey Neek, at least you do that much and then post...so much more than I could ever do, so I thank you for it. Sometimes, I only have time to come here before working on a project, so even though I have Google alerts, I don't always have the time to open them immediately everyday....it's great to get a bit of one-stop shopping here with postings by you and others. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I don't actually scour the internet, although I would, if we didn't have Google alerts. But I appreciate that it's appreciated :)

Thanks for the clarification on Brian Moore, Wind, cuz I was scratching my head for a minute thinking I had lost a couple of more marbles (which could be true anyhow) on the assumption that Michael Moore was someone else entirely.

Good lookin' out, Neek. You're always such a caring and sharing source of cool Gabe-stuff. I would never have the time to sleuth that stuff, but I sure appreciate that you put out the bread crumbs here for us to plug into and enjoy. Thanks loads.

You are more than welcome, I ordered it myself :)

Gabriel said that Moore was one of his most favourite authors..and if you read the reviews, a lot of the comments couldn't believe that the author was a man because he has such insight and can write the innermost thoughts of a woman with such passion and clarity.......and we know Gabriel seems definitely interested in what a woman thinks and how she feels.....no wonder he likes him. Himself just gets better and better if that were even possible.

Thanks Etopt! Maybe the movie will resurrect itself later. Hope so!
