OMG!!!! I'm getting . . . what's the word . . . werklempt? That's where the Sopranos was filmed. I had no idea that's where they did IT2, but how appropriate that the only HBO show that was able to take the baton (for me) from the Sopranos is filmed at the same studio.

You are probably right. With shows in general, DVDs of previous seasons aren't usually released until a few weeks before a new season begins. But that allows for it to be repeated on air at some point between now and then.

I'm also a bit "concerned" that HBO won't release the DVDs for Season 2 until shortly BEFORE Season 3 comes out (which means my DVR better be in functioning order until then!!).

In a recent interview in The Guardian in UK Gabriel Byrne says they will start filming At Swim Two Birds in the Spring.Would filming for In Treatment be after that...since they have to write it from scratch?
Im wondering if they will put Carl Jungs Red Book on the lectern for season 3, given its publication in September this year, and given its relevance to the Individuation Process he founded. Its a work of wonder alright!

I read somewhere that it will air in the fourth quarter of 2010. I assume that means September. So we might not get interviews for a while.

I don't think he did any interviews about season two, either. There was a little bit of promo with the director and show runner and some cast members on HBO during the run-up to season two, but just a little.
Perhaps with Gabriel serving as co-exec producer, he and the other cast members might get out there a little more...in fact, a LOT more. It sure might help boost the ratings, especially if any and all of them would get onto the chat show circuit. I'm tired of seeing Seth Rogen, Adam Sandler, and Paris Hilton showing up everywhere when Gabriel has infinitely more talent and infinitely more interesting things to say in an interview.
