In his 173 years on the earth, this vampire has seen more than his share of cruelty and violence - from humans and vampires alike. While he holds no illusions about his own existence, Bill has returned to his family home of Bon Temps hoping to reconnect with whatever humanity he's managed to retain. He never expected this attempt at mainstreaming to include romance, however; especially with a human girl just strange enough to accept him for what he is.

P.S. I can't believe they are doing another Friday the 13th movie, the first one was really gory, I can image this one will be more...

Comment re: the Jessica twist.
I have wondered how AB is going to handle the Jessica/Bill/Sookie situation. First of all I think Sookie will, of course, explode when she sees or hears about Jessica. I even thought that Bill might cancel their after work celebration ( the one she told Hoyt about when she waited on him in the bar in Ep 12.) Since Eric dropped Jessica in Bill's lap at the last minute, Bill might not want to tell Sookie about it until he can figure out what to say and do so he might call her to cancel at the last minute because "something came up." Sookie might be suspicious and drive over to Bill's after work and somehow get a glimpse of Jessica and think Bill's cheating.
This will open up a whole new can of worms, of course, probably much to Eric's delight. Bill will probably be afraid to let Jessica around Sookie since Jessica is so "new" and not able to control herself yet so he may figure he has to stay away from Sookie for awhile to keep her safe, but she probably won't see it that way. She'll see him as cooling off or avoiding her, because she seems to think the worst and doesn't cut him much slack. God knows it would be a real stretch for Sookie to actually believe he had to turn Jessica as his punishment for saving Sookie so she should try to help him deal with Jessica but.. somehow I just don't think Sookie will look at things like that.
Then when the Dallas situation comes up he'll have to tote Jessica along to keep her out of trouble and risk further problems with his and Sookie's relationship. This may be the set-up to strains in their relationship and/or a set-up for ...tah dah..make-up sex!!
My mind works like this all the time, about this show. I wish I were a TB writer, but who of us posters doesn't?
I do hope there is more S & B sex than there was in seas 1. I am just about burned out on seeing Jason's tight, well-defined body hopping anything that moves. I like my men to have a little more meat and less stringy definition ( even though I think RK is a very good actor and does wonders with the Jason part.)Time to give that storyline a rest. Guess with the FOTS, they will be, to some degree.

WOW - I can't believe this thread is almost at 10000! It just goes to show how excellent Stephen Moyer is playing Bill! Can't wait for season 2! Excellent find with those pictures luv, I had never seen them before, and believe me I have seen alot of them!!

LOL! I do remember in the book before they went to Dallas, Sookie said Bill scooped her up in a classic Rhett Butler carrying stance and made her feel as beautiful, as unforgettable as Scarlett O'Hara and he didn't even have to go far to the bed. That's one of my favorite scenes in the book.

Hooked- By the look of the candles they were burt down quite a ways, thus giving the audience the illusion that they had talked awhile before they got busy, I guess in 1 hour of show, you have to use your imagination , as to what happen.
Plus maybe he didn't have the bed yet, she did say in eps 7 we wont be able to sleep together, well by the time eps 9, he had a bed. anything she wants he will have it next eps.
