Episode 17: Never Let Me Go

In Dallas, Sookie connects with one of her own, then joins Bill and Eric for a strategic summit at the lair of the missing vampire, Godric, attended by his lieutenants, Stan and Isabel. Meanwhile, Jason shows his mettle at a Light of Day boot camp, and is rewarded for his hard work with a gift from Sarah. Rebuffed by Tara in her relocation efforts, Maryann decides to cast her spell on the Merlotte's staff, softening Tara up towards her new "family." Eric shares a little-known secret about his past with Bill, and Sookie makes a decision that might solve the Godric mystery - or get herself killed.

I'm hoping we get an explanation on the scratches tomorrow. Being as Daph and Sam are all cozy and intimate, maybe sam will pluck up the courage to ask her about her back.

When Lorena came down the hall, for some reason, I kept thinking she looked kinda disco. Don't know why.

Errr, so, is Lorena Jessica's grandmother...or grandsire? Hmm, I don't think Jessica's gonna like her too much. ;\

Remember in season 1 when Gram was murdered-
Sam meets up with Bill. and Bill says to him "This is NOT the time to 'Mark your territory'.
He knew....he can smell/sense an animal.

just 5 minutes ago you had us believing you were surviving only on synthetic blood.......... ya big poser"

Reedusf, I thought I saw Eric choking Rev. Newlin AND I thought I saw him about to bite Lorena in another clip, but another member pointed out that they thought they had seen it written somewhere that the girl was just a hooker that looked like Lorena. Too bad, I wish Lorena was taken out.
I'll have to go look at the back ground for flames...thanks for pointing that out!

I don't know if anyone has already asked this, but does anyone recognize who Eric is choking in the preview for next Sunday's episode???
And now that I'm looking at the preview again and looking at the look and glow on Tara and Egg's face, doesn't it look like something is burning i.e. Sookie's house.

The vampires who have telepathic abilities as far as I know are only the Queen and her progeny. That is according to the book, but things might be different in AB's world

SPOILER2

If you remember sookie also read a vampires mind after shes has eric's blood i wonder if ab will add that to the story line in the future seasons to come

seems like sam is not capable of sensing other shifters...he was clueless about Maryanne when she bedded him and then began to vibrate, remember?

I think that was because he was only a young pup and had to get it right if you remember in season one he was smellin old girls sheets everybody thought he was the killer but he was picking up a scent that he reconized when sookie left the job with whats his face the (killer)

You should read the books because allen ball is mixing it up so good it's really not what you expect when you watch the show it's different some how a little you just know the peoples names and what they are but he adds spice to them ...
