MoreEric, you're right we went through this last week. You are rude and disrespectful to anyone who is in the least way not agreeing with whatever "assessment" you make of them or their posts. You went on a rant last week much as you did tonight but this time I will not sit politely by and let you bash me or anyone else.
This thread like the other thread is where Eric/Alex fans come to discuss Eric/Alex. It is not where MoreEric posts endlessly whatever comes to mind and only posters engaged with MoreEric are allowed to post.
You are right this is or was a fun place for people to come and discuss their favorite actor or character but you're hostile response to any post that is not about what you want to discuss is making it uncomfortable. So that should indicate to you that it is you creating the hostility and trying to engage people in your negativity. No one is here trying to start conflict but you.
Eric/Alex fans have always posted on both threads and had a good time of it. I don't know why you feel this is your "territory" but neither this nor the other thread are anyone's "territory". I've gotten the message that you don't want me posting here but I'm frankly not interested. There's been a wave of that recently between you and some other posters but I'm not going to help you continue it by quietly moping away to the other thread or worse, not posting at all like some of others have.
If you feel so uncomfortable you might want to try the Bill Compton thread where you'll find some like-mindeds that are hostile and territorial. You'll just have to switch your loyalties.

The original question was open to all. You didn't need to answer. The fact that you claim to be qualified in no way offers proof. No one has asked or is asking you to discuss who he is dating and if it upsets you, just refrain from doing so.
What angers you or doesn't is of no interest to me.

LOL ...I have an advanced degree in this field and am highly qualified to make these very assessments
Here are my boundaries.
I am no longer interested in discussing Alexanders private life including who he is dating. Now should he come out and say "I am dating so and so" then I would discuss the issue.
Ignorance always angers me.
There is another Eric thread to discuss who he is dating and how awful he dresses. Perhaps you would be more comfortable there.

I think you're having a little trouble with your own boundaries. The fact that his fans are curious about his personal relationships in no way signifies that they are unhealthy, have no boundaries and mentally obsess about private things that are none of their business. The fact that he is having a successful career is due to those fans who pay money to see his show and movies, spend their time and money following his activities so they know when he will be somewhere in person and continue to shower him with their adoration.
You need to get a degree before you babble and make ignorant assessments in a field you are not qualified in. Now if you state this as your personal opinion then you are entitled just like anyone else. BTW, from someone with some training in the field your dabbling in, you sound a little angry in your posts and its something you might want to work on.

No. The shame is that people feel that because he is a 'moviestar" they have the RIGHT to know about the personal and private decisions he makes in his life.
Since these people are unhealthy, have no boundaries, mentally obsess about private things that are none of their business it is THEY who have the problem ...not Alex.
Alexander is making healthy and appropriate decisions for his life. The press and fan base that hound him are the one's who need the mental health adjustment.

Alexander will probably look people in the eye and lie through his teeth when asked if he is dating anyone.
Since he understands that its an intrusive question and none of anyone's business he probably feels that he dosn't own anyone "the truth".
The truth is that is no on's business who he dates.
He has a very healthy sense of personal boundaries and believes that no one has the right to have information about his personal life.
I agree (as I have discussed extensively with you on this subject in the past)

Just had to ask about this cause I read it in the paper yesterday and sure enough there was something about it online as well.
Alex denies rumors of dating ERW and Kate Bosworth at the GQ party but he left the party at Chateau Marmont with Kate in a town car!
