Nope. Saw the series deteriorate over the last thee episodes. This was worse than the last one. Where was this supposedly wild and shocking stuff we were supposed to see? Tired of St. Bill, tired of dependent Sookie screaming for Bill's help ALL THE TIME, tired of evil Eric, SO tired of Tara.

Naw. I will give Season 3 one episode. And if it's no better than these three, if Eric is once again the villain by being even slightly responsible for Bill's kidnapping. I'm out.

Hear, hear. Why bother purchasing the rights? Write your own characters in your own sleepy town. Oh right, you can't.

Not loving it anymore....

Alan Ball has nearly ruined the essence of Charlaine's characters... Sookie is smart and brave and always has the plan that saves everyone -- that's why a series of books were written about her (duh!) But on True Blood she always has to pray that Bill will come and save her

Bill is a self-loathing vampire who's completely whipped, but on True Blood he manages to save the world once a week... (huh?)

Eric is powerful and funny and has a larger-than-life presence in his domain, but on True Blood he's a glorified extra with a petty malicious streak (whoa!)

AB you bought the rights -- you can do what you want, but didn't you see anything that you liked in Charlaine's books?

After tonight, I'm loving it even more. I don't even care whether or not she was going to say yes. He proposed and that was so romantic. I think that sets it up for an even more interesting season 3.

Forget the sparkling cider, I got me some Tru-blood, which I will mix up with Grey Goose. That's my plans for the finale. Oh and I'll be drinking out of my hand painted Wine glass that has Fangs showing thru blood red lips, wearing my Tru-blood T-shirt. I think, I might need to get a life after the finale, ya think?

I am so stoked to see this last Episode of season two, but at the same time horribly bummed it's over. I know that CH knows how grateful we are, but to AB I raise my sparkling cider to you - and all of cast. I didn't think I could be surprised by much - not at the movies or on the TV - I am completely blown away. I cannot remember a show ever that had this many cast members that I actually cared about.
also Mr. Ball if there is anything I can ever do to leave you free time to create even more - just let me know I can pick up your laundry, wash your car, whatever......B-)

Yes, TB is a great show. For me, however, Nothing compares with season 1. It was like an out of body experience. This season, not so much. Still love it tho.

It's the reason I can bear the thought of Monday morning - because I'm going to get to watch TB before I go to bed Sunday night....
