With In Treatment returning for a second season on HBO next week, I just had a wild thought for a cross over series. What if therapist Paul's patients were the residents of Bon Temps? We already have a built-in crossover with Michelle Forbes having played characters on both series. On In Treatment she played Kate, Paul's wife and is Maryann on True Blood. Is she leading a double life as the wife of a therapist and a maenad? Hmmm... Anyway, what Bon Temps citizens would you most like to see in weekly therapy sessions? Who needs it the most? -- Tim HBO Forums Host

HostMaggie: One thing that I've had to deal with since I was the age of six years is that I have Epilepsy. Now a really strange thing happened today when I went and got the mail~right on top was "Newsweek: the cover story is about Epilepsy!!! In all my years I've never seen a story on Epilepsy!!! Epilepsy was considered to be "something that was shoved into the closet~they used to put people who have Epilepsy into mental hospitals and lock them up"~that was before the advant of modern medications, the major problem is this Epilepsy is still a very much missunderstood afflicition, and it is grossly underfunded in the US. You don't really see teleathon's for Epilepsy or fund drives or even commercials on TV for it. It's still pushed "up under the rug". -- Marleneemm~I tell it like I see it, I'll never lie to you. What a wonderful thread! Life is tough enough, and when you feel alone in it... Reaching out helps both sides. I am closer to God now than I ever was. I don't attend church, but God can't be held in by four walls anyway.

HostMaggie: Many people have forgotten many of the teaching of the Bible~ "Judge ye,lest you be judged"~because many people don't go to Chruch or Synagogue. I've found that coming back to "god" has helped me to cope with lots of the things that I have to deal with-My parents deaths, illness and things that are going on in the world today. We don't attend Temple but I do turn to God when I need help in dealing with problems. Maybe more people ought to come back to God?? Maybe it would help them deal with their problems. Maggie, did you know that there is a thread on the Memeber Created Boards that's for Prayers for people who need them~and that I've gotten compliments on it~I thought that we needed a place to express ourselves if someone's family member is very ill . -- Marleneemm~I tell it like I see it, I'll never lie to you. Ya know what gets me the most about these people that say you are 'lost' or going to hell, etc? That they do not practice what the Bible says at all! Judge not...isn't that in there more then once? What's up with that??? I am glad you are enjoying TB. It is an obsession of mine hehe!

You know, stories like yours always make me think that if everyone could live and let live the world would be so much more peaceful and happy. If they tell you that you are lost and going to hell, just take it with a grain of salt and let them to their belief because it's what you believe about yourself that really matters. If all else fails, at least you won't be alone -- most if not all of us will be joining you down there. Hey, at least it's warm all year long! LOL -- Tim HBO Forums Host

Host Tim, Please don't delete my message, Maybe, there are other people who are being told the same thing. I had to tell you this because it is true...All because I watch and Love TB and join in the fun of being part of the Vampire world. When my X told me the only way into the"club". was to commit suicide. I laughed but. There are people out there who believe I am going to hell. -- BLDSKR

MY X.This is true story. I needed a ride to pick up my car at the dealers. on the way. My X told me he was worried about me and my belief in Vampires. he said there is a growing movement of Vampires lovers and the only way into the club was to kill yourself. I laughed out loud. he told me, I would go to hell for my being interested in Vampires and wanting to be one. His Preacher at his church wants to start e mailing me and try to save me. I swear this is true. The members at my X's church and all praying for me. I told my X i watch and love True Blood and read a few romance Novels . The Fellowship of the Sun is alive and well in Tacoma WA, This in NO joke. it is true. I ended the conversation by saying, I'm going to get you with my fangs. Because of my love for True Blood,I am being hunted down by a bunch of wacko Christians, Host Tim. AB has no idea, of the movement he has started. My X is a christian fundimentlist (sp) nut. I have been told, I am going to hell and my soul is lost. -- BLDSKR

HostTim: Now a cross over episode of InTreatment with some of the cast members from TrueBlood????? Interesting, very Interesting. Can you just see it some of the cast members like let's say Hoyt Fortenberry going to see the doctor and telling him all kinds of stuff about his mother???? -- Marleneemm~I tell it like I see it, I'll never lie to you.
