I for one have had enough nudity and sex on TB to last at least a few seasons, Season 1 was Jason having sex constanley with whoever, God I got so sick of seeing him naked. And Season two has been filled with nudity and Sex all of it boring and unsexy with the exception of the Sookie and Eric dream.

Like I have said manyimes. I like both Bill and Eric.
I think one thing many of the posters forget is that BOTH Eric and Bill are Vampires. They have lived for many many years and both have killed many people and fed off of them. They can both glamour people, which means they can both control whomever they wish to. I have never seen a show or read a book that a vamp isn't a creature that preys, feeds and kills in one form or another. They have had to lie and be deceitful over the years to survive. Let's face it, they are all killers.....

minalskaran, I agree. I think it was about proving his power and hitting Bill where it counts than manipulating Sookie. Manipulating Sookie was not the endgame, it was the means for putting Bill in his place. Sookie was collateral damage IMO.

I know you like both so no worries - you have a right to an opinion whether I agree or disagree with it. But I find myself obligated to speak up for myself when my opinion differs from what one of the Bill worshippers with blinders tries to force feed us on these boards. Only a few (like ThelLou) are able to make a logical statement followed by logical argument to defend their position. The rest is sheer fantasy - like when I used dreams in the head confirmed by belief in the heart (not fact) - that I left behind with Luke & Laura when I got out of high school.
Real works for me..I used to like Law & Order, CSI..wishes and dreams and whispers of I love you aren't enough to convince me.
But I still <3 you Mar.

IT's up to Charlaine Harris who Sookie Stackhouse
will end up with and NOT US.
It's how she writes the stories that keep us coming
back~and it's also what AlanBall does with those
stories that will keep us "returning to the tv show".
Some of us may/maynot like what he does with the
character's of EricNorthman & WilliamThomas Compton
but we have to remember this is not the "Real world"
and only a show. But it seems to me that many are
forgetting this little fact.

I'm not cynical dear, I live in the real world. And I've had (and have) real relationships with real men. I also had a real daddy so I don't need a deceitful, controlling individual to run my life.
I do have the inside scoop - LOL I post on (and read) some of the other threads! You should try it...you'd be able to confirm for yourself that 70/30 ratio (actually more like 80/20).
