In the last episode entitlted 'Frenzy' Mary Anne tells Tara that she was the one who called her forth during that mock exorcism in the woods. But in a previous episode duing this same season, didn't we see a flash back of Sam Merlott when he was young? In that scene we learn that him and Mary Anne already had a past together, at least when he was a teenager or so.
So how did she get called forth if she was already 'here.'
