ERIC ERIC ERIC. All the way.
I like Bill also but Eric is the best and him and Sookie need to get together. I cant wait for the 9th book. and Season 2.

By the way - I like them both. They are both so individual. Eric hulking, brooding, powerful, screaming danger in every move. Bill the sensitive man, intense in his emotion that draws you in.
Both are so sexy - just not sure who I could pick - so I'll take them both.

I read the books years before True Blood came out -- I was reading Dead Until Dark shortly after it was released back in 2001 -- and throughout the books I always thought Eric was better for Sookie, even before Book Four.

That is so funny since he said it after he pawned Jessica off on Bill. She must be pretty bad since he really wanted the favor (Sookie) Bill would have to pay him. This upcoming season should be interesting with her in it. Wonder if she will be one of the first vamps killed off with the "Sun" religion Jason is now into. And I'll be looking forward to Sookie's reaction to what Bill will have to tell her about Jessica.
